The hotel offered some nice amenities such as free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. The location was great as it was near some important landmarks in the city. The staff was friendly and courteous.
Our room was not very comfortable. The bed was particularly uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival. The room was equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, including a TV and a mini-fridge.
Our room was uncomfortable and the bed was not suitable for a good night's sleep. the bathroom lock was broken, and we found some difficulties with room service.

The location of the hotel is somewhat convenient, with a few attractions located nearby. However, that's where the positives end. The room is not only uncomfortable, but the bed is also in no way conducive to a good night's sleep. There isn't any seating area in the hotel to enjoy breakfast or lunch. the bathroom locks are often broken and the room service is extremely poor, leaving the guests stranded for hours. Even the other guests' confusion at 3 am shouldn't come as a surprise since the hotel staff seems equally clueless.
Communication with the hotel staff is absolutely hopeless, leading to frequent miscommunications and problems.
